being able to use the enter button when adding things to the patients' chart for things like medical history, Family History, Surgical History, or the ROS would create a more efficient streamline process for completing Documentation

It would be nice if when doing input, when you click to move to another page it prompts you to stay or leave if you haven't 'updated' the chart. Rather than stay or leave it would be quicker and more efficient to have the prompt be to 'save' changes before moving on.

I would like to make the suggestion to incorporate a pop-up for communication amongst the staff while seeing patients. The ToDos are great but do not work in the flow of treating patients. It takes too long to create a to do while with a patient and then the front desk, in addition to collecting co-pays and scheduling next appointment, would have to then open the todo . It just does not work.

We would really like it if you did not send paperwork or forms to the patient when the reminder calls go out. We have seen that patients when getting the reminder they get all the paperwork to sign. The only patients that would need any of this would be NEW PATIENTS. We would rather them do the papers that we have per Dr. Chung's request since program does not have everything in it that we need. -- NW Foot Clinic

Would like to request that cancelled or no showed encounters do not show up in the drop down ledger, or if they must be there then next to the date it needs to show "1/24/25 - Visit with JH" or "1/24/25 - Cancelled" -- Johnny Huang DPM

Request that the media pictures in each visit show up on the finalized notes. It would also be great to display the date each picture was taken on the visit section as well, especially for example weekly ulcer visits for documenting size and appearance of ulcers
