When we receive a cash payment it doesn't ask us if we want to print a receipt at the time we're putting it in. Why can we not print it instantaneously? Could it be similar to a square payment - as soon as the square payment is completed, a receipt is generated? When we take cash, we always have to go to Billing > Payments & EOBs > Patient Payments > then click the printer button and even in that amount of time, it's still not ready.
